SRP Customer Service Offices
If you have a question or concern that you'd like to discuss with a representative from SRP, just stop by the nearest Customer Service Office. You can pay your electric or irrigation bill at one of these offices.
For your convenience, all of our offices have a convenient SRP PayCenter ® automated payment terminal to pay your electric bill. Some are accessible 24 hours a day. Each PayCenter is an M-Power ® smart card site. Payments will be posted within one hour.
If you need a payment to be processed immediately to prevent disconnection but can't get to a Customer Service Office or SRP PayCenter, please use e-Chex.
Hours
All of SRP's Customer Service Offices are open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. SRP holidays may affect regular office hours. Please call (602) 236-8888 to verify office hours during holidays.
