SRP Customer Service Offices
If you have a question or concern that you'd like to discuss with a representative from SRP, just stop by the nearest Customer Service Office. You can pay your electric or irrigation bill with a check or money order at one of these offices.
For your convenience, all of our offices have a convenient SRP PayCenter ® automated payment terminal to pay your electric bill. You can pay with cash or e-Chex. Some are accessible 24 hours a day. Each PayCenter is an M-Power ® smart card site. Payments will be posted within one hour.
If you need a payment to be processed immediately to prevent disconnection but can't get to a Customer Service Office or SRP PayCenter, please use e-Chex.
Hours
Our Northwest Phoenix and West Valley Customer Services Offices are open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday.
Our Main, East Valley, and Pinal County Customer Service Offices are open 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Our South Central and South East Customer Services Offices are open 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Saturday.
SRP holidays may affect regular office hours. Please call (602) 236-8888 to verify office hours during holidays.
