SRP PayCenter locations
Paying your electric bill can be as convenient as banking at an automated teller machine when you use SRP PayCenter® automated payment terminals.
PayCenters are located at SRP Customer Service Offices, in area grocery stores and inside convenience stores. Some are available 24 hours a day. Each PayCenter is an SRP M-Power® smart card site.
You can conduct business in English or Spanish. You can pay with cash or from your checking account via e-Chex. Please Note: If you're not already enrolled in e-Chex, you must first set up your account for the e-Chex payment option. Simply call Residential Customer Services at (602) 236-8888 or Commercial Customer Services at (602) 236-9632 for assistance. You will need your SRP account number and your check book when you call. After your account is set up, you will be able to use e-Chex at the SRP PayCenters. You won't have to call again, unless you change bank accounts.
When you use a PayCenter:
- Remember to bring your SRP bill stub.
- Overpayments will be credited to your account (the PayCenter does not issue change).
- Our PayCenter will issue a receipt showing the amount you paid and post your payment within one hour.
