Meter Spot request

To request a meter at a location please fill out the following information and submit the request.

*Intersection (if Address not available) 1 and
    OR
*Location Description (if location is not at an intersection) 1
(500 feet south of Broadway and Horne on the north side of Broadway)
At least one of the above has to be entered. Please enter either a service address, an intersection, or a location description.
1 Note: After the meter spot has been determined you must provide your Designer with the permanent address to have your request proceed to the next step.
